Director
Dr. Marco Paret directs the foundation and its research institute. He has taught non-verbal hypnosis, animal magnetism and NLP for decades in Europe and beyond, in Italian, French, English, Spanish, Portuguese and German. He was among those who introduced NLP in Italy, has worked as a consultant for companies and institutions, including training for Ferrari, Deutsche Bank, L’Oréal and Vodafone, and is the author of books published in several languages. Mesmerismus® is his registered trademark and the name of the method he created. He learned the method of the gaze from Virgilio T. and Professor Erminio Di Pisa, and has documented and taught it since.

Independence and conflicts of interest
The director of the foundation, Dr. Marco Paret, also teaches non-verbal hypnosis, Mesmerismus® and NLP3 in paid courses offered through other organisations, and Mesmerismus® is his registered trademark. The foundation’s research is kept distinct from this teaching: research outputs are published openly, with their data and methods, and the scientific committee now in formation will review protocols and publications independently. Part of the audiovisual archive comes from these courses; it is used for research only within the limits of the consent given by the people filmed.
